MAJOR ARCANA
The Fool - associated with setting out on an open and exciting journey
card 0, is an innocent setting out to live his life, naturally unaware and open to experiences.  He wanders along various paths, meeting with people and situations that influence him (the other cards), and tries to find his own way within all this.  You do not have to consider the cards in this way, of course, but it can be helpful.

GETTING TO KNOW THE MAJOR ARCANA:

The best way to get to know the cards - unsurprisingly - is to lay them out in front of you.*  You will need a clean, clear space - and probably some decent time to yourself.
* The Tarot Addicts 'Viewing the Major Arcana' pages also show the cards.
